MyFitnessPal
I went to lunch with my coworker/best friend a few weeks ago, and, while we were wrapping up, she said that she had to log her food. I didn't think much of it until she did it again the next time we went to lunch. I asked her about it, and she was logging her food and caloric intake with MyFitnessPal each day. I had been trying to figure out a good way to really track my calories and exercise, and my counterpart had the answer.
So, with all that being said, I've started tracking my calories and exercise closely. Summer is right around the corner, and down in South Carolina, summer lasts half the year. Four seasons do not exist here.
The fitness tracker is such a great tool and so easy to use. Knowing that I have somewhere to document what I'm eating and when and what kind of exercise I'm doing has helped keep me on track.
